ReplyDeleteI think the best way to get peoples stories is to talk to them. See my blog for the book reference for "Learning from strangers" its a great book about narrative and interviews.

Yes I agree, my survey doesn't quite give me answers that I will give me the most insight into my inquiry but I wanted to get a general idea of the majority of people I will be speaking too when I want to gain the personal knowledge and experiences. I wanted to get the general age range and general backgrounds of the people I will be interviewing further.
